Five easy steps to return your currency, safely and securely, using our unique online system. Every step of the way we will email you and update your account status, so you know what's happening at all times.


Step 1: Calculate Your Payout

On the home page, enter the total amount of the currency notes* you have to see how much we will pay out. If you're happy with the rate and the amount we calculated, just click the ‘Book Now’ button to Register or Login, and then you are seconds away from reserving that pay out rate with us. If you have more than £2250 worth of currency, just simply calculate the amount of currency needed to keep it just under £2250 GBP value and create another booking/s. (we may require some ID uploaded for transactions totalling over £4000).
*We are not able to process coins. Notes only please.
* 500 EURO notes are accepted and are subject to a charge of 5 Euros each.


Step 2: Register and Login

After clicking the ‘Book Now’ button, you will be directed to the Registration or Login screen. Simply Register or Login and your Buy Back Rate will be displayed on the ‘Book In’ screen of your account. If its your first transaction you will need to ensure you have entered your verification pin to activate your account, which was sent to your email address when you registered.
Please Note: If your verification email doesn't arrive, then please check your email spam folder.


Step 3: Book Your Buy Back Rate

All you need to do is click the ‘Book Now’ button then choose whether you want to send your currency by Special Delivery registered post yourself, (Self Post Option)* or you want us to send you a Royal Mail 'Secure Special Delivery' envelope (Send My Envelope Option)*. All currency sent to us in this way is tracked via the Royal Mail website so you can be sure of its safety and have a record of postage. The contents are also insured to the value of your return. Once booked in, your rates are guaranteed for 3 days for self posted option or 4 days if we send you a secure envelope. But don’t worry if your return doesn’t reach us within the guaranteed period, it just means you get that day's prevailing rate, which may be better than your guaranteed rate. *If you have a large amount of currency or live in the Edinburgh area, why not Contact Us about the Hand Delivery Option.


Step 4: Secure Registered Post to Us

Whether you post your currency to us in an envelope you pick up at the Post Office or you wait for us to send you a secure envelope, you simply put the Returns Form and your currency into the envelope and take it to the Post Office for posting. At the Post Office, pay for the Special Delivery NEXT DAY postage service, insuring it to the correct level for your return. If your Buy Back equates to more than £400 in sterling total value, we will Refund* the correct postage costs with your payment. *(based on Royal Mail Special Delivery NEXT DAY before 1pm service)


Step 5: Payout Received

Upon receipt of your secure envelope, we will update our system and you will receive an email as confirmation that it has arrived safely. Your returned currency will then be counted, checked, verified and authenticated. Once this is done, we will email you again confirming your currency totals are correct and again when your cheque is in the post (or your BACS payment has been processed). Most returns are fully completed within a 24 hour period. You can log in and check the status of your return at any time, which will update every time we change your status. You can use our service as often as you like, subject to our terms and conditions.
